In order to deliver the best customer service to hotel guests and fellow team mates, you have to understand the cultural nuances of the country that you are working in. This session will introduce you to some of the most important aspects of the Irish culture that will allow you to communicate more easily and effectively with Irish guests and colleagues. You will also be introduced to some of the aspects of Irish culture that help you to build rapport with guests and colleagues, and you will leave knowing a few of the most important Irish words that will help you to ensure you give a warm Irish welcome to all!
