Through high-quality, subsidised training and events, we support Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) members, to strengthen their competitive advantage, enhance productivity and develop highly capable, confident workforces. Non- members are also welcome to participate in the learning and development opportunities at an additional fee.

Irish Hotels Federation Skillnet was established in 2021 to deliver bespoke training to Irish hotels and guesthouses.
We aim to deliver a comprehensive range of high quality, subsidised training and event opportunities that are designed to meet the needs of Irish hotels and guesthouses in support of a strong learning and development culture that inspires a capable, agile and vibrant workforce.
