This programme will provide you with the knowledge and skills to undertake a training needs analysis for your organization, taking into account the industry needs, the need for compliance training and the availability of both human and financial resources. This programme will provide you with core understandings of the core methods of undertaking an analysis and providing recommendations for training to suit all levels of employees within your organisation.
