Professor David Clutterbuck

Professor David Clutterbuck is one of Europe’s most respected thinkers on leadership, coaching, and mentoring – and author or co-author of 80 books. David is one of the pioneers and foremost global authorities in Coaching and Mentoring. Considered the “Father of Team coaching,” he will address how to effectively empower teams to co-create in achieving their common objectives and goals.

 

Una Crilly

Una is a Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Consultant and founder of Positive Impact. She is a keynote speaker and is passionate about developing people in the hospitality industry, and creating positive work environments where people and hotel businesses can thrive. Una works with organisations to improve management skills using EI to help boost performance and retain the best talent. She has over 20 years’ experience as a leader in the Dunnes Stores Operations Team where she coached managers and supported the development of their teams to achieve consistently high performance. Una is an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, a certified emotional intelligence practitioner for Genos International, an NLP practitioner and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Una specialises in performance, leadership and team coaching.
