Course Overview:
This course is designed to provide learners with an increased understanding of the responsibilities of management to create and invoke a grievance procedure under employment legislation. Learners will also gain skills to investigate grievance situations and have an increased knowledge of how to respond appropriately to a grievance.
Upon completion of this course, learners will:
