This course is designed to upskill supervisors and team leaders in the area of conflict management, understanding the power of effective communication in managing conflict, understand reasons why conflict occurs within the workplace. This is a practical an interactive training programme, designed to role play typical conflict scenarios and how to deal with these situations in a proactive manner. role plays and breakout rooms all with the aim of dealing with conflict from an early onset, while providing tips and best practice solutions on conflict resolution. As part of this course, learners will be provided with pre-reading, a Personal Development Plan template and must complete a questionnaire in advance of the commencement of the programme.
