Who should attend:

This is aimed at those working in hotels who have a good basic understanding of accounts and the finance workings of a business in hotels. It will be valuable for senior staff to gain a greater understanding of accounts.

 

Course Outline:

This course will be looking at the finances of the business from a strategic viewpoint and how to lever the finance area to benefit the hotel business as a whole. The objective will be to provide a good understanding of the following areas:

  • Break even analysis – How to get a loss-making area of the business into profitability.
  • Cash flow projections
  • Management Accounts – How to use them effectively in your business.
  • Business expansion – raising finance and repayment capacity
  • Improving your business’s profitability
