World Menopause Day is celebrated in October.

The Irish hotel sector will have significant numbers of employees impacted by perimenopause and menopause.

 

Course Date:

Friday 25th Oct – online from 10 am to 11 am – (60 minutes)  – numbers limited to 75

 

Employees Intended Outcome:

To start the conversation in the workplace with an introduction to the topics of perimenopause and menopause and how they can impact people, both at work and in their personal lives.

 

Course Outline:

A one-hour online event, incorporating a 45- minute presentation, followed by an open Q & A session or a managed FAQ session.

Session Content Includes:
 Overview of Perimenopause and Menopause
 Potential impact on work and home life
 Am I ‘in it’?
 How can I help myself?
 Supports / Treatments
 Working with your GP
 Your Health at every age and stage

Open to and suitable for all employees, regardless of age or gender.
