Who should attend:

A practical and interactive half-day workshop designed for business owners, managers and staff who are responsible for developing leads and creating sales opportunities by managing and nurturing their contacts through networking – includes all staff in working in sales, marketing, business development, events, reservation, client services, customer service etc.


Overall aim:

The aim of this workshop is to help participants gain a strategic insight into the power of developing and nurturing their network of contacts in order to create leads and generate sales.  Participants will learn core skills to help them become more effective in their ability to source, reconnect, communicate and influence potential customers and contacts within their network, whilst building valuable contacts and ultimately creating real opportunities.



After completing the workshop, each participant will be able to:

  • Audit existing contacts to evaluate the true potential of each and identify key contacts
  • Develop a focused plan to develop your network of contacts more effectively

Training method:

The training takes the form of a half-day workshop, with group discussions, exercises, case studies and feedback based on individual/group needs.  Each learner receives a workshop manual.  Training will be held on zoom and will run from 9.30am – 12.30pm with a short break. All delegates need to have their cameras and audio switched on for the full duration of the course.
