Coaching style of management is a non-directive approach and is focused on building culture of trust in which your people stay working with you and your staff and business thrive. The course will deliver insights on how to coach like a coach, and understand why businesses who want to unleash the full potential of their staff, are encouraging managers to adopt a coaching style.
