- Supporting a healthy gut through diet and nutrition
- How stress and lifestyle impact your gut health
- Dealing with constipation
- Practical interventions for improved gut health
- When further investigation is required
Intended Outcomes:
- To educate attendees on good gut health by helping them understand how their gut works
- To provide attendees with practical interventions to manage symptoms and improve their own gut health
- To encourage discussion with their own GP about symptoms / interventions / investigations
