Course Overview:

Being a non-native English speaker in an English-speaking workplace can be intimidating and often holds team members back from reaching their full potential or performing to the highest standard in their role.

Language differences and cultural nuances have a significant impact on communication styles, and mastering the communication style that is appropriate for specific professional scenarios can be more challenging for non-native speakers of the main language used at work.

Course participants develop their communication skills specifically for supervisory or managerial roles. Developing these skills builds their confidence, allowing them to reach their full professional potential.
