Facilities Management (FM) has a key role to play, closely tied to the guest experience whilst supporting business continuity and maintaining the upkeep of the real estate asset. The key to providing a great guest experience is understanding what the hotel client and end users expect and what is critical from an FM service perspective. This intensive
