About the Programme:
A hands-on, applied programme where nominated hotel staff work on live AI use cases for their own property. Over four modules, participants build AI capability, design and implement a real use case, and present their work to their General Manager and peers on a final presentation day.
This is not a theory course. Every participant leaves with a working AI use case implemented in their hotel, a draft property-level AI policy, and a clear plan for what comes next.
Who this course is for:
- Department heads and managers nominated by their General Manager
- Marketing, Revenue, Front Office, F&B, HR, and Operations leads
- A maximum of three participants per hotel, to build a strong internal AI team
- A maximum of seven participating hotels per cohort
Outcomes for participants:
- A live, working AI use case implemented in their own hotel
- A property-level draft AI policy
- A prompt library and tool shortlist tailored to their role
- CPD Accredited Certificate of Completion
- A clear, peer-tested plan for next-stage AI adoption
